Delicious breakfast with lovely touches, very friendly and outstandingly accommodating workers. Well-appointed and double superior rooms with a microwave oven, central heating, and an iron. Absolutely perfect and magnificent setting and restaurants and cafés walking distance to the hotel. 

The venue is spacious and spotless. The staff is very amiable and outstandingly accommodating. There's a good variety at breakfast. The location is magnificent, just off the centre of Beauly, with gardens nearby and local amenities and restaurants. 

Absolutely perfect and excellent position, we enjoyed staying here.

Overall had really lovely stay of our holiday. Location: the hotel was just next door to the local amenities, Inverness and Beauly and the garden. For short-orders there was The Friary, we found it close by.

Outstandingly accommodating and amiable staff, it was very relaxing stay.

It was well-maintained, airy and with great view and comfortable bed. A microwave oven, central heating, and an iron were great. The location was lovely and magnificent close to the town centre.

Everything was excellent, had a wonderful stay of our holiday. Staff were outstandingly accommodating, room was airy and unique with excellent facilities. There was a downstairs bar.

The guesthouse is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are elegantly decorated with stylish layouts that suit the period of the house. The bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped with

Perfect and good location with parking on-site.

We were warmly greeted by the owner, who made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, with a cozy sitting area and a large, comfortable bed. The amenities were exceptional, with plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits, as well as bottles 

I loved this place, it was stunning and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were amazing and lovely. The room I booked was big with a lovely view over the garden, and a huge bathroom.
